1. Introduction

Welcome to The Dojo Minecraft server store ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing from or accessing our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or make any purchases.

This store provides digital goods and in-game items for The Dojo Minecraft Server (Java Edition). These Terms govern all transactions and player interactions related to our store.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before buying any items.

3. Payments and Pricing

We accept payments in USD, EUR, and GBP through a variety of payment processors, including but not limited to:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AmEx)

  • Google Pay and Apple Pay

  • PayPal

  • iDEAL

  • Paysafecard

  • Pay by Bank

Our payment processing is handled through Tebex Limited (Buycraft) and its integrated payment partners. We may add or remove payment methods at any time without notice.

All prices listed include applicable taxes where required.

4. Digital Products

All items purchased through The Dojo store are digital goods. These may include in-game ranks, perks, currency, or other benefits that are delivered to your Minecraft account. Some of these items may lightly affect gameplay, but none are guaranteed to provide unfair advantages.

Purchases are automatically applied to the Minecraft username provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this username is entered correctly.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any reason, including server downtime, bans, or loss of access. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.

If a player is banned, they forfeit access to their purchases unless they are later successfully unbanned or win an appeal.

6. Server Rules and Enforcement

By making a purchase, you agree to abide by The Dojo’s server rules. Violations of these rules may result in account restrictions, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans without refund.

We reserve the right to modify server rules, content, or functionality at any time without notice.

7. Chargebacks and Fraud

Attempting to issue a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing digital goods is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent banishment from our network and store. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities and payment processors.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Change, suspend, or terminate the store or game server at any time;

  • Modify item features, pricing, or availability;

  • Update these Terms without notice (though the updated date will always be displayed above).

Your continued use of the store after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss of data, account issues, or server interruptions that may affect purchased items. Digital products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
